Not only are our pancakes incredibly tasty, they are also vegan and have no artificial sweeteners or flavourings 🌱. Ready in minutes and containing 9g of protein per serve, there's no better way to kick-start the day.

We like to serve them with fresh fruit and syrup or yoghurt, but the topping choices are endless, so get creative! 🍓

Wheat Flour (Contains: Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) (62%), Buckwheat Flour (11%), Natural Flavouring, Pea Protein (6%), Rice Protein (6%), Flax Seed Powder (4%), Raising Agent (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate & Rice Flour), Himalayan Pink Salt, Natural Sweeteners Reb A (Stevia Extract) and Thaumatin (Carrier: Inulin).

Thaumatin is a sweet-tasting basic protein extracted from the West African Katemfe fruit.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal bag after opening.

You can enjoy this protein pancake mix in either vegan or non-vegan recipes. It is totally up to you and your dietary requirements. See below instructions for both methods:

Vegan
Add 50g of the pancake mix to a bowl, add 50ml of plant-based milk then blend together.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat with a little coconut oil.
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan.
Cook until bubbles appear then flip over and cook for approx. 1 minute on other side until golden brown.

Non Vegan
Mix 1 egg with approx. 30ml milk and then add this to 50g of pancake mix and blend together.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat with a little coconut oil.
Pour 1- 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan.
Cook first side until bubbles appear then flip over and cook for approx. 1 minute on other side until golden brown.
